Refunds
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. We will arrange a replacement only where goods are faulty or goods are damaged in transit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will ask you to return the faulty or damaged goods before issuing a replacement product or refund. Where we determine that it's not a reasonable expense to post the items back to us, then we will ask for photographic evidence (particularly in relation to damaged freight) and we will arrange a replacement.
